To make PC recognize the phone, you will have to install the necessary drivers. Luckily, these drivers are bundled with the Zune Application that you will have to download.
Why does it say there are no drivers installed? I can't use my Nokia Suite because it says it can't be recognized. Should I install a driver? If so, what driver should I install and how? My phone model is Nokia N73M.

You will need Nokia PC Suite and its full components in order to make it work with your phone. During the installation, the Suite installs the drivers for the cable. Please accept the driver installation prompts while the setup package is running.
Try to change the USB port or the cable. Also, go to Device Manager (Control Panel > Hardware and Sound) and update the drivers from Universal Serial Bus Controllers section. Right-click on them, select Update Driver Software and follow the instructions. You also need to know that Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver is developed only for Nokia Asha/S40 phones. For your device, I recommend you to download and install Nokia PC Suite.
You will need to install Nokia Suite if you want the drivers to be installed in your computer. There is no need to install additional files or drivers as the package has it all. Unplug the device from PC, install the application then plug it back and the error will be gone forever.
